General Information for Function of Different PVC Additives :-
PVC Heat Stabilizer one pack: – One Pack Stabilizers have proportionate combination of Lead Stearate, DBLS and Lubricants that give synergestic effects, make processing easy and fulfill one’s requirements. It can be tailor made one pack systems to suit the user requirements and processing technology. It can be Lubricated or Non lubricated.
Lubricants:- There are two major types of lubricants Internal & External depending upon the Compatibity. Internal Lubricants are Compatible with polymer so that it can reduce melt Viscocity of Polymer, improves its flow Characteristics & thereby reduce frictional heat developed by shear forces which are operating during Processing. External lubricants have low compatibility with polymer at processing, temperature to enable it to form a continuous strong thin film between Polymer & metal surface. However Some additives have hybrid action. They act as internal & External Lubricant.
Fillers:- Fillers are used to fill the porosity of the polymer during Processing & also for economial advantage.
